In the next 3 pages, you'll be able to subscribe to a FREE Chatostats counter for the trial period of two months. Directly after your subscription, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address entered. If entered, also your webmaster will receive a copy of the login of your account.
GENERAL CONDITIONS CHATOSTATS TRIAL PERIOD & SUBSCRIPTION Your free trial period starts directly after creating your account and will end by the end of next month. During the free trial period you will automatically receive a bill. Paying this bill, converts your free trial period to a subscription for the period of one year, starting after your free trial period. Not paying this bill will end your actual subscription and does not convert your free trial period. COUNTERCODE USAGE It isn’t allowed to use the counter code outside the entered IP-address or domain name. SUBSCRIPTION CHANGE At any moment, you will be able to add counters or features to your account. These will be available directly and will be attached to your current subscription period. ENDING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION If you’re not paying the received bill within 4 weeks after the send date, we will assume you are ending your subscription. Therefore we will, at the end of your subscription period. delete your account. You also will be able to end your subscription by sending us an e-mail at support@chatostats.nl. We will confirm the ending of your subscription by sending a confirmation e-mail, to the given e-mail address in your account. By ending your subscription the access to your account will be blocked. Irrespective of the duration of your subscription, you will not receive a restitution of payment. Chatostats has the right to, in case of abuse, end your subscription and/or block your account. PRIVACY DISCLAIMER Chatostats will not sell/show your personal account data to third parties. This data will remain protected and carefully managed. NO SPAM Chatostats reports will remain banner free. Only Chatostats has the permission to show self promoting campaigns and/or support notes. The counter code placed in your WebPages, will not trigger any kind of advertising campaigns, like banners. NEWS LETTER After your subscription, you will be added to the Chatostats mailing list. In this way Chatostats is able to keep you informed about updates or maintenance. BACKUP Chatostats will see to have an actual backup of your generated counter data, not older than 24 hours. Besides Chatostats’ provider backup, their administrator will reinstall this backup, if necessary. LIABILITY Chatostats can’t be hold responsible for any loss of your data, when hard- and/or software failures will occur. By agreeing to these General Conditions, you also be responsible for claims placed by third parties, as in consequence of your subscription or counter data. Yes, I agree with the general conditions.
